Cloud Nine Studios Photography
is located in Fertile, Minnesota.
We have over 1500 sq. feet in our studio, as well as state of the art equipment, backdrops, and props.  Besides our studio in town, we also have our 30 acre outdoor studio just miles from town, as well as access to countless other locations and settings around our beautiful town!

Caty is the main photographer at Cloud Nine.  She spends the rest of her time around the studio answering messages and returning calls, designing invitations, holiday cards, and albums, as well as ordering everyone's beautiful portraits.  Caty has a laid back, positive personality and loves getting creative with angles and locations during every photo session and wedding.  Don't be surprised to see her wade out in a lake or river for the perfect shot. 
Caty has enjoyed photography and all types art since she was a kid.  She attended UND, majoring in visual arts until she realized she wasn't cut out for 4 years of college.  After that she became a hairstylist for about 10 years, which comes in handy during photo sessions :)  
When she's not working she enjoys travelling with their kids, taking care of her chickens, and art of all forms.

Caty 

He gets to spend the majority of his days playing in photoshop perfecting our images for clients.  In addition to editing, Terry does get to shoot here and there, but the bulk of session time is spent lighting our subjects. On a typical session he can be found lightening the mood with our clients whether it be getting that natural smile from a senior or chatting it up with a brides mom to get her mind off the stress of the day.  His goal is to make every session as fun and stress free as possible.
After spending 18+ years as a drummer in the local music scene, Terry has found that photography is the perfect creative outlet for him.  
When not at work, Terry can be found in the woods enjoying the outdoors.
