THE SPORTS TEAM SESSION

OUR BASIC BANNER SESSION IS $100, BASED ON 10 TEAM MEMBERS. ADDITIONAL TEAM MEMBERS ARE $10 PER PERSON.  THIS BANNER WILL BE ALL ON BLACK OR WHITE WITH SIMPLE GRAPHICS AND ATHLETE'S NAMES, NUMBERS, AND TEAM/SCHOOL NAME

THE CUSTOM BANNER SESSION IS $150, BASED ON 10 TEAM MEMBERS. ADDITIONAL TEAM MEMBERS ARE $10 PER PERSON.  AN EXAMPLE OF THE CUSTOM BANNER SHOOT CAN BE FOUND ABOVE.

THIS PRICE IS FOR THE SESSION ITSELF.  EACH TEAM WILL NEED TO DECIDE A BANNER SIZE AS WELL.  MANY OF OUR TEAMS CHOOSE TO FIND BUSINESSES TO SPONSOR THE BANNER WHICH HELPS PAY THE COST OF THE SESSION AND THE BANNER.  NO MATTER HOW YOUR TEAM DIVIDES THE COST, WE PREFER ONE ENVELOPE THAT INCLUDES THE FULL PAYMENT.  ENTIRE SESSION AND BANNER MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF POSTER SHOOT.

ALL BANNERS ARE PRINTED ON HIGH QUALITY VINYL.  THESE CAN BE ORDERED WITH OR WITHOUT GROMMETS, DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR TEAM PLANS TO DISPLAY THE BANNER.  MANY OF OUR TEAMS CHOOSE TO DO ONE TEAM BANNER AND THEN INVIDIUAL 24X36 BANNERS FOR EACH SENIOR/ATHLETE, THAT WAY AT THE END OF THE SEASON EACH ATHLETE HAS SOMETHING TO KEEP FOR THEMSELVES.  THESE LOOK GREAT AT GRADUATION RECEPTIONS!

We offer individual prints, buttons, and specialty items to purchase to all teams and organizations we photograph.  We have included a copy of our order form with basic pricing and products.  Depending on your organization, products may be added or removed from the price list. Each organization will receive order envelopes mailed to them prior to shoot date.

Team shoots for banners must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to session.  All poster sessions take place in our studio in Fertile, unless we are doing a volume shoot of at least 25 team members at your location.  Banner must be paid in full at time of session.  Individual orders must be placed and paid for within 7 days of shoot before individual items can be ordered.  Turn around time for banners and individual products is two weeks or less.  Teams will receive a proof of banner before order is placed. Parents and athletes are responsible for proof reading and making sure all information is correct.  Individual pictures will be chosen by photographers, no individual proofs will be sent prior to ordering.
